We got to ring in the New Year with our long lost friends, THE TINSLEYS! My sweet, sweet friends, Autumn and Trinity adopted 4 lil' girls we love to call "THE SISSY COUSINS"!! Tony, Trin, Autie, and I spent the evening entertaining 8 (yes 8!!!) precious angels! We had went shopping (such a site in the mall!!), had WII battles, played on numerous computers, board games, and OF COURSE FOOD!! Its a little dish we like to call MEXICAN MESS, and it is simply de-lish! Unless, of course, you ask my hubby! We used to make this all of the time when we all lived in Shawnee, and he cringes at the thought. Sure doesnt stop him from filling up his plate more than once!
Trin is about the only person I know that can hold a candle to my loud personality, and jolly laugh, so there wasn't a dull moment to be had! And Autie, the calm one, keeps us out of trouble!They are such a blessing to me, and even more so to their sweet girls. I can not imagine the situation those girls would be in if it werent for my amazing friends. They are such an inspiration to me, a true example of following the Good Lord no matter where he says go. I do not think they ever questioned the road they were being told to follow, they simply obeyed! Almost 4 years later, these sweet sisters, and their 4 girls are the perfect family! I just adore them!
